- Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM and check-out from 12:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.

- Yes, free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed. Street parking is also available.

- Breakfast is not served, but guests can use the shared kitchen with kitchenware and a refrigerator, and every room has a kettle with coffee and tea.

- Yes, all rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, towels and free toiletries.
- Is the property family friendly?
- Yes, family rooms and a children's playground are available. A crib is free on request and an extra bed costs 50 zł per child per night.

- Jasna Góra is about 7 km from the property and Częstochowa Raków station 2.1 km. The city centre is a short drive away.
